NAPT’s first Leadership Training Academy of 2026 convened in St. Louis County

NAPT also launched its first Leadership Training Academy of 2026, bringing together transportation professionals for a two-day experience centered on leadership growth, collaboration and practical application.

Hosted by Kenny Mulder and the Special School District of St. Louis County, the event provided attendees with both classroom-style learning and a facility tour designed to connect leadership principles with day-to-day transportation operations. Participants engaged in discussions and activities focused on strengthening leadership capacity while building connections with peers from across the industry.

NAPT extended appreciation to Keith Henry and the Missouri Association for Pupil Transportation (MAPT) for their partnership in helping make the event possible. The academy also received generous support from sponsors Tyler Technologies and CI Solutions, whose commitment to professional development continues to support growth opportunities within the student transportation industry.

The Leadership Training Academy series continues this summer, with the next event scheduled for July 7-10 in Sandy, Utah.
