The Trade Show brought together leaders in the student transportation industry and the organizations that support them. The revamped trade show offered a dynamic platform for learning, interaction, and growth in the ever-evolving landscape of student transportation and technology. The new format offered more time for attendees to visit with vendors, in two different settings with educational opportunities surrounding trade show times. Offering education both prior to and after the trade show allowed attendees to reflect on their needs, ensuring those needs remained at the forefront while they interacted with vendors. This thoughtful scheduling ensured that participants could maximize the benefits of the event, as they were better prepared to ask insightful questions and seek out solutions tailored to their specific challenges. Moreover, the comprehensive educational sessions provided a framework for attendees to integrate new knowledge with their existing expertise, fostering a richer understanding of the industry’s trajectory.
The Trade Show also featured a Pedometer Challenge where attendees had the ability to win prizes based on their steps, on the trade show floor, the challenge was sponsored by Blue Bird.
The atmosphere was both collegial and charged with purpose, as professionals from varied backgrounds came together with a shared goal of advancing the student transportation sector.
